TEACHING AND LEADERSHIP

As a reflective research practitioner, Lucinda has clear core values that inform her leadership style. She values authentic relationships and communities; distributed leadership and active teacher involvement; informed and innovative educational practice; and the co-construction of goals and visions. Ultimately, Lucinda sees her purpose to be to unify communities in meaningful learning that positively impacts students’ lives.

The following presentations were selected to provide examples of Lucinda’s leadership and teaching with adult groups, in various educational contexts and purposes, that demonstrate her values, approach and areas of expertise.
